Staff are extremely helpful, and the store has a wide range of Top Quality parts for various vehicle brands, Not just Volkswagen. They will to provide refunds if a Valid Reason can be Provided, together with the Original Invoice, if Still in Purchase Condition and Packaging, subject to Time limits and Additional, but reasonable conditions. Don't pitch up and blame them for selling you the wrong battery when your vehicle starter is actually at fault like one customer did, and then caused a scene, which was totally unreasonable of the customer.

The most unprofessional sales consultant who's rude Dylan. Firstly I bought a shock absorber for my corsa, waited 30min only to be told they can't find it. Then was told my refund will take 3days to reflect. After 3days still waiting. I called Dylan, he then changed his story and says it will reflect after 14days, then the supervisor says 7days. This branch is circus. They can't keep track of their stock and no clue of the refund policy . Disgusting service indeed.
