Good customer service. It would be better if we could order and collect to avoid the queues
Utterly awful. They never use the vehicle VIN number to identify car parts, even if you offer it and always have to go back with a removed sample for correct part, which is a hassle if you only have the one car you are fixing.
Their service is great, friendly staff. The guys know what they are doing. The guy who assisted me even went out to see the car since I wasn't sure about the description of the car.

If you don't get your parts they don't help you by checking other outlets they don't go extra mile to help clients
