I was in and out under 2 minutes on a busy day. The customer service was excellent, I was helped by someone who immediately knew what I wanted as soon as I took showed him the part I needed, he knew for which car too. I wish more stores and business's could have such a great customer service. Thanks Goldwagen, 10/10

Had some good and bad experiences especially with I guess his the manager. 1stly hardly ever smiles. Does not greet in a hurry. Also doesn't go the extra mile to help you although I am from at least 70km away. Iridium plugs lasted a month. With receipt and plugs he didn't change or refund me. I asked for the owner but they said i can't talk to him i wonder why. I had an argument with the manager and he asked to leave the plugs and he will contact ngk. He didn't call me nothing. 2 weeks after I came back and my plugs were exactly where he left them and didn't do anything about it. I contacted ngk directly and they helped me with no hassle. Replaced my plug's with new ones and said it could of been a factory fault. Why couldn't goldwagen just change it for me and make me spend 900rand in fuel costs..its nice to take our money but when we have a problem then its not easy to sort or help us out. We pay cash and expect the same services when we have issues. So cummon goldwagen don't put the manager front line if he has that attitude. It definitely wont get you any new customers

Service is ok. They not really service oriented as they know people need them for parts. Went in for a part which was not there and had to be ordered, the guy took my details and said 2 weeks and he will call me, alas, no call came through. I called in asking to speak to him and he was not available, so I went in again and went to the same guy, asked him about it and had to give the details again, he said the part was there a while ago. He still had my details on a piece of paper, I asked why no call but no real answer from him. The bad part is that almost 4 weeks had past since then and both parts went up by R150 and R350 each. I won't be back in a hurry unless really pushed to do so.

I am a DYI guy. Obviously seeking professional advice and doing tons of research. I am based in Durban and my go to vendor of choice in Goldwagen Springfield. I have been purchasing motor spares form them for years and I have been quite happy with the products. Recently though I have come to know a certain individual who goes above an beyond with his customer service approach. I can WhatsApp him anytime and he promptly gets me availability of parts and pricing. Provides helpful advice, friendly and professional at all times. Just a gem on a guy.
