Extremely slow. My eye testing was quick (10min) but the payment queue was ridiculous. I waited more than 3hr30min. They only had one person doing the payments and therefore only one extremely long payment queue even though they had 4 other people. There booking system does not help at all. I came in the beginning of January and after waiting in a queue was given today’s date more than 2 months away only to wait in a much longer queue behind unbooked people for more than 3 hours. This made me more than an hour late for my shift/ duty at the hospital.

Do these workers actually getting a salary. If I could give zero stars I would. No pride in their work - at all. I hope the post office can take over soon all the duties then we do not need this place that treats us like dirt.

Appalling waste of a day. Staff I dealt with unhelpful. Queue to made an appointment to queue again to renew my drivers license. Earliest date for the next appointment is in 4 months, 2 months after my licence expires.

The phone number to make an appointment wasn't functional. Numerous calls were attempted, none successful made from 2pm to 3pm standing at the entrance of the licencing/ traffic dept. At the doorway, the attendant kept directing the public to a vague "window" at the side, thus losing one's place in the cue. No social distancing possible, no real help at hand. Very frustrating. A waste of the public's time who were all grumbling and unhappy. ( Much talk of bribes too).

They are very busy as a result it is much better that one makes an appointment. The walk-in is a whoa, I arrived at 06h30 and I was 6th in the queue and left at 09h30.
