The waiting for a puncture repair almost led to me leaving. I spoke to 3 people. An mature lady, who asked me to wait. Then someone tht can be the owner who told me to wait. As there were ppl before me its jst natural tht I had to wait my turn. Then one of the worker came to assist. After a while he left me standing high an dry...no explanation...just left as he was asked to go do something else. The total time spend there was aprxty an hour. 45 min of nothing and 15min for the actual puncture repair.
They were quick to change my tires but they didnt put back my hubcaps. Now they dont answer my messages. They only answer quick when you need to come in to hand over the money.
Very friendly and Excellent service. I'd definitely recommend GP Tyres and Mags.
