I took my 3 seater black leather couch to have 2 panels replaced because the kids had cut it. I trusted these guys with my couch. After numerous follow ups, 1) I was lied to blatantly that they had the exact leather required, when I saw what they had done, I was livid because they had used a different kind and the texture looked more suede -like. The only similarity was that it was black. I left and asked my hubby to go check because I was at my wits end with them. And they reassured him and even gave him a piece of the leather they claimed to have used---and I thought, great they have fixed the mess. I had no idea that it was the beginning of my problems with my couch. Ive attached pics of what I eventually got. They took the couch apart to sew in the 2 from panels, then failed to put back the couch as they found it. Needles to say, the couch came apart. So the R2500 I paid to have the 2 front panels replaced was a total waste of money because I have to find a professional and qualified upholster to fix this mess.
