I wish I could rate them zero. Great service to get your money. I bought a car 3 years ago. It was giving us problems from the moment we left the premises. We were collectively without a car for almost 2 months because of the back and forth for repairs. The clutch gave in while driving from cpt to Pe with a 1 year old in our car. (Two months after getting it and it had already been back to the dealer for two weeks to be fixed at the time) Was then misdiagnosed by their repair shop of choice. So it had to happen two more times for them to figure the problem. They never gave us a courtesy care or any sort of apologies. Instead questioned why we didn't inform them the clutch had to be replaced on the car we traded in ( we obviously had no idea about this) after they did a check. In hindsight we should have taken it back and cut our losses. 3 years later we are still experiencing problems with the car that could have been prevented had the car been properly checked and quality tested Buying from Algoa Bay auto was the worst decision of my life. Quality/safety does not seem to be a priority for them. Just the sale. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS DEALER!!!
