I would gladly give a 5 star rating as Arthur's was my go to service provider. There must have been 'n management change for the drop in quality service. On 23rd December 2020 someone from Arthur's measured my fridge door for rubber replacement. After I have phoned several times over two months and met with promisses to phone back within five minutes each time I am still waiting for a response 25th February 2021.
