On their first attempt at fixing my car they only fixed half the damage (a small scratch). I as a customer had to come point that out to them on collection. I was not pleased. On their second attempt to fix my car they had left runs in the paint, broke some of the clips on my bumper and didn't reinstall all of the screws for my wheel lining. In their defence it appears that the bumper had been broken and repaired once before, but it wasn't broken when it went to them, just scratched. Again it was my job to point out their runny paintwork. I am not impressed with their workmanship or lack of quality control. Also their receptionist appears to have no people skills nor the ability to call back.
