I have ordered flowers to be delivered on a few occasions and the recipients have always been delighted. It can be risky to order from 9000km away (Scotland) it is such a relief to know that I can rely on this Company to deliver a quality product. I am about to order some more flowers as Christmas gifts and I do this in complete confidence.... I hope that when covid restrictions are finally lifted I can once again visit PE and that I can deliver a personal thanks (along with some nice Scottish choccie biscuits which my friend in PE go daft for!!!).... Thanks to everyone in Begifted!!

Unbelievably bad. We booked an expensive bouquet for a family bereavement in Port Elizabeth, through Bloomable. I received an email saying that the flowers had been dispatched, and the next day an email thanking me for the transaction asking for a review. So of course I thought the flowers were delivered. Heard nothing more. Only the next week, I found out from my bereaved family that the flowers never arrived. I couldn't quite believe it, but after sitting on the phone to both Bloomable and Begifted - I was given the pathetic excuse "sorry we didnt have white roses". The flowers never left the florist. But they never thought to let me know, o offer an alternative, to refund me, or even just email me a heads-up "sorry we couldn't fulfill your order". They just kept my money, falsely told me they had been sent and moved on. I guess with a bereavement maybe they expect that you wont ask whether the flowers arrived? Who knows? But even just telling me that they couldnt do it, would have given me a chance to order alternative flowers for my grieving family. But rather: nothing. No message, no comms, just took my money, sent me dispatch confirmation and moved on. Pathetic that a business dealing with peoples bereavement can treat customers this way.
