Always a struggle to buy anything from them. No use they are open on a saterday but you cannot buy any bike gear from them..
I wish to convey my dissatisfaction with the service I have been receiving from BMW Port Elizabeth located in Greenacres. The above mentioned dealership has been my dealership of choice when servicing my car and it has been so for many years. When I experienced problems with my car overheating , I immediately booked it in for fault finding and repairs on the 30th of September 2020.I received it back on the 16th of October being led to believe it has been fixed. To my surprised I still encountered the same overheating problem. As of today the 19th of December the car is with the dealerships having sent it back on 3 occasions with the same fault, with the car not being in my possession for more than 5 days from when I sent it in for the first time. I find it quite off-putting that during this period I have not being offered a courtesy car.For a reputable brand such as BMW, such behavior is very disappointing. Kindly investigate and advise when will the dealership be in a position to return my car (fixed) and or provide me with a courtesy car in the meantime.
