One of the staff members damaged the tap on my 25 litre bottle. When I called the store the manager told me that the bottles don't last forever and I should just put some thread tape on the tap. I had to buy a new bottle as it kept leaking. Staff should be more careful when loading the bottles into the trollies. Im very disappointed in the answer I received from the manager won't be getting water there again.
I love their juices and my daughter loves the water. She can taste the difference
