On 9 November 2020, my daughter and I did Deluxe pedicure at R700 each. The following morning my daughter's gel started peeling.? Overcharged for a rushed job by sfaff literally are watching the clock in order to end the day.
Don't bother booking. They don't bother pitching for work. Went for a massage. Was let into relaxation area to get ready. 30 minutes later the masseuse still hadn't arrived so I left. Ladies at Reception weren't even surprised. Both apologies, or rescheduled spots.
Shocking experience for a spa in a 5 star establishment. The receptionist had food stains on her clothes was disinterested in serving me. Then when I entered the change rooms for men there was no amenities in the shower and the only thing at the wash basin was cheap bulk buy detergent in a dispenser. No aromatherapy oils no hand creams fresh flowers nothing. Also when I put on the bath robe it felt stale and looked faded with a hole in it and on looking closer I found pubic hairs attached to the inside so obviously not been washed. Furthermore the flotation tank was in bad state paint peeling off the lighting was bad and staff were noisy taking phone calls close by. This is not at all a place worth visiting I can see it is run without any care or passion.

I am shocked and horrified! Will NEVER go back! They completely messed my booking and my nails up and overcharged!!! Disorganized, unfriendly, thieves!!
