Pathetic service. If I could give negative stars, I would. I handed in a doogee phone for repairs on 19 November. I was told it would take 14 business days for them to get back to me to hear if they COULD fix the problem. A month later, I true phoning and NO ONE picked up the phone. It is now December 28 and I still haven't heard back from them and they STILL don't pick up the phone! If they won't fix my phone then I want my money back. I still have to be able to survive and not having my phone is costing me. PATHETIC SERVICE!

I gave my brand new dvd player for repairs and was told I would be contacted within 7 to 14 days to pick up after it goes for repairs. Its now been 21 days and no one contacted me...I called the store eventually and person picks up and says they will get back to me....has not returned my call...AFTER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
