Bad service employees do not care to put in effort to check the necessary information for the client. booked my phone for repairs apparently in the contact centre I was told my device has been sent to the store asked the consultant is it repared because I received different feedback from the guys at the contact centre went to the cellc store the lady that assisted me said yes it is on its way to the store I asked her has the device been repaired because I have paid the access fee and sent the proof of payment she said she does not know. How can an enterprise big as cellc cant check if a cellphone is repaired now when I call in to the contact centre I am told the phone is at the store and it has not been repaired they have to book it again. I am out of town now and I cannot go to the cellc store I tried calling the store no answer sent an email no response now I have to wait until I get back in town and go to the cellc store for my cellphone to be booked again I have been getting a run around for more than 3 weeks now no one knows what is happened there was a day I called the contact centre 9 times in one day and every agent gave me a different story
