A slight disappointing experience on the biobloom 1kg sale, as I received a broken package in my order. Growguru request I send the goods back for a new one, but I needed to use it urgently to feed my plants. Hence why I couldn’t. However, I placed another order a month later with them and a young gentleman Jade actually called me back to make amends for my disappointing experience which is uncommon and warm during these trying times.
