The worst company to deal with rentals no communication the owner Denton doesn't even brother to arrive for his own appointments. They don't pass messages on bad communication. I am so shocked to also learn that they not allowed to trade under Harcourt rentals is actually called Alpha rentals I will never recommend this company or trust them with my properties ever again I can't recommend Alpha rentals please people don't get confused this is actually not Harcourt Alpha rentals it's just a branch on its own called Alpha and Denton has never fixed my property as he said or returned my calls . Very angery but they quick to take their commission every month.

Going on 3 months, no deposit received back as yet. Denton simply just ignores my emails. Get him to call me or email me back and stop dodging the issue.

I will deffinetaly not recommend this company for any rental purposes. I am still waiting for a refund of my deposit 5 weeks after vacating the property eventhough it was supposed to be paid within 21 days. Whenever i speak to Denton he makes excuses that he still needs to finalize all expenses even after giving me the same excuse over 2 weeks ago. Payment was supposed to be made today however no paument was made. It is sickening that one has to continouesly follow up on moneys owed to you seeing it was stipulated in the contract how long a refund of deposit takes. I had numerous problems with them not paying the municipality account leaving me with a blocked pre paid electric meter. Denton will receive a call from me again in the morning, and i will take it up with the ombudsman should he have another excuse. With all the bad there is some good by the name of Candice who was/is always willing to help.

Just want to say thank you to Veronica Ferreria for her speedy service. She came back to me about a property the same day I emailed her. With in 1 month everything was done and on my name.
