Team is great with customer service. Quick and efficient with getting keys cut and helped me with a petty cash box that had a broken key inside. Parking is an inconvenience, however the team was truly quick in service. Thankful I stopped as had a limited time between appointments.

Houdini said I needed to replace my gate motor since the gearbox was broken and quoted R6900 when the market is R6000. Someone else came out and fixed the broken fuse!!!! Do not trust this business.
Great, speedy service and have witnessed amazing compassion towards a struggling elderly gentleman, upon my last visit. We need more business-ethics like this in RSA.
Useless to say the least. After sales their service is pathetic. They sent a team to my premesis that did not have the right equipment to do the job. If I want a back street job done I shouldn't be paying professional prices. I won't ever be using their services again, and I hope no one else falls into this trap.
