Although milkshakes are promoted, the machine is not working, so not available. My order took nearly 40 minutes. I did not notice anyone who appeared to be a manager and the staff appeared terribly confused, asking to see customers' orders to try get the orders right. No napkins with the order. The shop was bit particularly busy, so that is not a good excuse. At least the food tasted good!

We come here regularly but I think we will stop. The service is slow and there are always issues. Previously, it was either with milkshakes or ice cream but now it seems to be everything. The nuggets had a wierd sort of old oil mixed with curry spice taste. Not one of their best branches.

I just ordered thru Mr D and when I got my order the exchanged some wings for chicken without consulting me. But then when we started eating I realized the mash and gravy is completely sour and like water. When I called they told me I could come collect a new one. So I have to go out of my way to correct there pour product. Absolutely pathetic

The KFC should not even be on the map,yet allone giving them any stars! Chicken not fresh but old and off. When replacing the chicken it was replaced with worse chicken. Spent a week recovering from that one bite. Needlessly to say they wont get my business.
