I serviced my car here at the end of last year (2020). Although the service seems to have been done well, Lester's people skills are sadly not as professional. It was the end of a very tough year for all, so maybe he was a bit burned out. If you can stomach his abusive communication style, then you'd probably be happy with their work.

Tony was amazing, spent 30 minutes helping us out with our issue and then wouldn't even charge us - thank you so much.
I went there to fix my window washer. Got there and the guy saw the pipe was broken, he told me to replace the pipe was going to be costly so he fixed it up with a piece of plastic and I was good to go. Then the owner told me he won't charge, I was so shocked. You don't get service with a smile like this in PE. They now have a customer for life.
Really good service and staff is very helpful. They have done a really good job on my car, would recommend them to my friends and family members

It saddens me to say that Lester will not see me again. And not because of his service... His service quality is excellent, and he truly goes the extra mile. But my negative review is due to his admin lady. I have been waiting for weeks for a claim that she said she put in, to pay out. My emails were ignored, and last we spoke she said that she is just waiting for their approval or not. I since had to pay cash to get my car, and life happened. Upon querying here about it recently, she had no idea what I was talking about, then she wanted more details about stuff she should have had if she put the claim in when she said she did, and now there is all sorts of issues. When I contacted the insurance company directly they said no claim, or an attempt at a claim was ever lodged, and that they have had several complaints to this effect against Lester. This is truly sad as his service is really very good.

Absolutely unhappy. They took out the bolts holding down my air filter box and never put them back. I realised this only when I got back to East London. Very unprofessional. Now I need to pay to have my engine looked at again coz since it came back from there it has a funny noise. Besides the air filter box
