This little cosy Chinese restaurant has always been the place to go if you are looking for an authentic Asian cuisine menu and experience. Excellent food and an intimate atmosphere is what to expect at the Little Swallow, a must for anyone looking to take their special someone on a tasty night out.

The Little Swallow has been around since before I was born and will likely continue to serve up authentic Chinese food for decades to come. You would be hard pressed to find friendlier staff anywhere else in the city. Truly a Port Elizabethan landmark and deserves to be recognised by the municipality as such. I commend this family for all of the hard work and maintenance they have done and continue to do over the years. Take your friends, take your family, sit down, order one of everything, browse their assorted jewellery and trinkets on display and just admire the wonderful atmosphere of tranquility and splendor that this diligent family run business has to offer.

Fantastic quality - with okay-size portions, however a little expensive. The service was excellent though, and the restaurant is busy on Saturday's so be sure to call in for take-aways in advance. Overall a decent Chinese spot - worth the check.
