Go to the Newton Park McDonald's instead. We went through the drive through here, the wait was long. Tried to order with the app. Lady on the intercom did not get the voucher number correct, she asked if we were done, we said no we wanted several items, then she asked for us to repeat the first code, by that time the voucher had expired. She asked us again after that first item if we were done. We decided that the intercom system was not effective ordering through the app, so we said we'd go into the store. Waited even longer to get out of the drive through because there was no way to exit prematurely. Walked into the store, and there was a lady at the cashier but she didn't help us. After a few minutes standing in line with no service from the available cashier, we walked out. Go to the Newton Park McDonald's, their service is better and you can order through a digital kiosk very quickly.

Love it , love the burgers and meals
I ordered a happy meal for my 2 year old, first one ever. She choked on a chicken bone inside one of the nuggets I went back to inform them. The manager tried to assist, I was promised I would be contacted by the owner or head office, still have not received any communication from them. This could have led to serious health issues or worse if we did not act quick and been trained to handle medical emergencies.
Just got gop smacked with my order!!! Order 286: 3x cappuccinos & 2x hot chocolates. BUT instead got 2x cappuccinos and 2 & a half hot chocolates!!! Discovered it only when we were 2km away, since the restaurant were full. Will not go back to this store again.
Their customer service is amazing and their Mcflurry Oreo has so muc Oreo and it hits the Spot
Honestly it was my last time going there, never felt so undermined in my life,even lost my appetite didn't want to order because of how we were treated from the time we entered the store.I work in sales i deal with people everyday, i always give my best no matter how hard my day is, that's one thing the workers should learn about here.They can miss me, i am never buyung there again.
I often buy food here and I'm not really impressed with the customer service especially at the drive through. I can understand that it's difficult to speak over an intercom system however the matrons need to learn some etiquette when dealing with paying customers. At the end of the day, if a customer is spending R1 or R10 000, its money towards a salary and it's a job that a lot of people wish they could have just to earn that R1 to feed themselves. This particular store is convenient for me because it's literally up the road from my house and I spend at least /- R300 at a time here. Maybe a good pep talk with the guys will get the gears back into place, it's an issue that is going to become a problem
