Having purchased a swimming pool solar kit from Microcare I found that the existing pool pump now makes a horrid high pitched sound when running. Microcare have been to site and checked all settings but still not able to resolve the issue claiming that it is correct! When asked for a refund this was flatly denied even though their product is clearly not running the pump as power from Eskom did and now the customer has to suffer a high pitch scream every time the pump is on.
