Didn't repair the problem but still charged me for unnecessary additional parts, which they fitted incorrectly resulting in my machine immediately breaking. When I took the machine back to them, they refused to accept any responsibility. Needless to say I will NEVER use Mowerama again and will definitely NEVER recommend them either.

I had the misfortune of taking my lawnmower to a lawnmower establishment in Walmer where my wife received poor service and told to take the lawnmower out the car on her own and that it would take a week to fix a height adjuster!! I then went there the next day to collect my lawnmower (could not wait a week) after my wife's bad experience and they were also rude with me, made me wait, offered no service and happy for me to take my business elsewhere. I contacted Mowerama where the person answering the phone was friendly and helpful and wanted to assist me. When I arrived a gentleman came out and asked if he may assist me in taking the lawnmower out my vehicle. When I spoke to the owner he asked if he may fix it immediately as it is a simple fix and something that can be done now. He then picked up several other little items that needed to be replaced at such a reasonable price. I walked out there with a lawnmower that works 100% at a very competitive price and most importantly I felt like a valued customer. Well done Mowerama and keep up the great service!!!

Best place I found in PE to have your lwan mower repaired. They also backup their repairs with real warranty. Sell new mower equipment too, but Srvice section is recommended
