Once again a ZERO rating would be better suited. Got a contract 3/4 weeks ago, they loaded the contract incorrectly so went back a week later and the documents have not been loaded yet for them to see what the issue was. Told they would log a case and it could take 2-4 weeks to solve. Called 2 weeks later as it was still not solved, not receiving the correct bundle, told someone would call me Monday, Monday came and went and no one called me. I called them again, it will be solved by Wednesday. Today it's Wednesday and still not solved, still not heard from anyone, there phone just rings and rings. Customer service cannot assist, only the store. SHOCKING that so little is cared about providing a good service, seeing as how there is no problem when they're collecting my money

I have been waiting for over a week just to hear if they received the colour phone I wanted and today the whole system crashed and I still don't know if I will get the phone. That is not good service!
Only 3 people helping been standing outside for 20 min and they have 6 stations, surely clients ta need to be attended to. All this just to pay my account.
