Called to request repair to 5 year old solar system they supplied and installed.Receptionist advised me of callout fee R650 and any cost of repair,which I was happy to pay.Next she asked for Invoice No.of the origional job..........really...five and a half years ago!!! I managed to supply her wit the model number and the name of the person I dealt with....but all she could fixate on was the INVOICE No. So be warned unless you can supply One Solar with you installation invoice number ,you will receive NO Service.
