What a wonderful experience to be in the ocean at night, still one of the cleanest beaches around the country.Port Elizabeth, one of the most underrated cities in South African Tourism. Still cheaper to stay than Durban or Cape Town. Let not Covid destroy the Tourism in this Friendly City
