Terrible service. Send a phone for new screen, comes back with no sim tray. They deny ever phone being brought with sim tray. For a phone that’s been sitting around prior to repairs, who takes out a sim tray when sending for repairs? Reckless crooks!!!

I actually do not want to give them even one star. We were there on Sunday and bought ink cartridges for our Lexmark printer on their advice we bought those that are not original. The ink cartridges did fit at all. As it was a holiday yesterday we only went back today to give back 3 of the unopened ink cartridges which are unusable. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE TO GIVES US OUR MONEY BACK. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!
