Tavcor William Moffat has always been superb and a pleasure to deal with but sadly the same cannot be said for the Moto Rent division at Mount Road. No feedback, no service and trying to get hold of someone is near impossible. It is quite sad that one division within a company has the ability to not be on par with the rest of the company.

Bought car mats for my Jetta as mine were not replaced after a car wash and also needed wheel nut covers. Simon in parts and accessories was very helpful. Explained different types and prices. From the welcoming petite lady at the sanitizer station to the well groomed cashier to the happy young man at collection counter were friendly and efficient. Thank you!
