Silas was very helpful, friendly and thorough, so 5 stars for him. However, I would suggest that the other staff members (possibly the owners who sit behind the counter) at least have the decency to greet customers, it's a small gesture that goes a long way.

I had a beautiful leather Sofa made to custom. The service was outstanding from start to delivery. Paul Ross came to my home to measure up my available space . I was then offered a huge number of options on the cushioning the height and width of the armrest. Then a large selection of different leathers. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and will now use the Cotton Mill to make my furniture.
