Told me he could fix my watch and that he would need to order parts for R500. After a week or more of waiting I phoned to check on it. Owner tells me he cant fix and I must go to a citizen agent meanwhile has Citizen agent branding in store that reads Citizen Tregails watchmaker, the reason I was there in the first place. Gives me the watch back without telling me that he broke the seal on my R10000 Citizen ecodrive watch not knowing what he was working on. I get home and wash my hands, glass misted up immediately and the watch is now ruined as it shorted the circuit board internally. For context(This is solar powered radio controlled watch) Gift from my mom :(
