Are there people working here. Or are they hiding somewhere because Ive been waiting a while with only 1 other customer and received no service.

Voltex always give good support, service and advice. I have been going there for many years now and their helpfulness is always the same. This is a electrical outlet store that is normally very well stocked with related items. If they don't have something they will send you to one of the subsidiaries or order it for you. Well done.

Very poor service, Im not one to right reviews or complain but Voltex sales employees give very poor service as shown also by some of the comments below even of last years instances. I have always had to call not more than once but up to five times just to confirm that my e-mail to waiven and leon have been read. Leon was just plain rude and Waiven promised to get back to me two times. I guess that was just to get me off the line with him. Extremely poor service considering how much we support them, i am requesting to my bosses that we look for another supplier.
