Food was good. Service was good. Disappointing management. Management didn't bother to greet us let alone enquire if our meal was fine or assist us when we wanted to pay on exit.

So I'm NOT the worlds biggest Spur fan! However, on our recent holiday we were "forced" to eat at the Spur, as they were the only restaurant open on a Saturday afternoon and that were broadcasting the rugby semifinals. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely friendly staff and the food was well prepared

Poor service. Got spicy food although I specified plain and waitress ignored my complaint and insisted it is plain. Manager went to kitchen and tasted the guacamole and said it was spicy yet we ended up paying for this. Chips was undercooked onionring half burnt. I cannot eat spicy food and ended up feeling unwell yet no effort was made to compensate. We waited almost half an hour for our bill and ended up going to the front to ask again. Wont see us again.
