PATHETIC!!!! please do not use this store. Ordered the new Samsung s21. Sales assistant was not aware that the phone does not come with an adapter, to fit the new size of the charging cable. After informing them, I was told to go look at "crazy store" or a corner shop!! WOW shocked. I asked them to order the original adapter for me. And I was told that "they a franchise and don't order from other stores". I mean. At this point I was astounded that they didn't see the seriousness of the situation of charging a Samsung phone with an incorrect charger. AKA explosions are years back. Rather the sales assistant asked me, "why do you buy a phone that would explode".. Joh. I'm not a confrontational person. But this hady Blood boiling. Unhelpful. After purchasing one of the most expensive cellphones. Best believe I contacted MTN and Samsung because they need to be aware of this situation. I will never buy anything at this store again. Think twice. When walking in there, it's like your disturbing their peace WOW. The one sales assistant never even left her chair while I needed help. Sitting with her phone. I was disturbing her FACEBOOK time. Conclusion. I was given an "energizer" charger that could fit the port of my phone, which I had to pay R450 for. NOT Even for the original charger. Because they refused to order the original adapter. I was just a nuisance. No apology. No remorse. No willingness to even help. My new Samsung s21 now has a charging problem. Battery only lasts half a day. Best believe I would rather drive 280 kms to pe to avoid this store. Pathetic.

Pathetic Service. Very dissapointing. They are fast to sell you phones and contracts but have ZERO after sales support. My NEW phone started giving problems around 4 weeks after I got it, a CONTRACT mind you. Even though MTNs website states CLEARLY they will take the phone in within 6 months I was told that they don't send phones back and rather gave me the repair centers number 260km away from me. Now I must phone this place DRIVE there and go drop off and pick it up. This comes at great personal COST and TIME which is unacceptable. What is the point selling contracts if you can't assist when something goes wrong. Please close doors as you are a disgrace.
