Totally not impressed with how you do business you can not charge a client for requesting a quotation for work that needs to be done. I deem that as extreme complacency and it shows you don't care about treating your clients equally at all. You can not charge a client for doing nothing you will always get those that are extremely desperate, please be warned you are not the only people who can do plumbing. Clients will be taken right under your nose. Thanks
