Poor service delivery. How can 50 people be attended by only one person. I have been standing in a queue from 11:30 and am still waiting. Zero customer service shame \u200d️

I sit through a very long que with a painful back because am pregnant even went to ask one of their consultants if I was in the right que. He couldn’t have been phased even though he could see my state, and on top of that their air conditioning system was clearly not working which made my head feel like I was about to explode from the heat. Terrible experience with only two consultants working!!!
