This was a sad Experiance! over 3 days of hiring 1 specific Profesinal tool, it had to be returned 5 times due to the machines not working being broken and not maintained! the customer service dealing with these problems are shocking! you expect a small business to want support and a good name and deal with a problem when there is one, not be laughed at by the owner! sadly shocked.
