That company is so unprofessional and no honesty. They came to put laminated floors at my place. They couldn't finish within a day and the following day they came at night to finish off after running after them and making many calls to come finish their work. So after few days i realized that they didn't do a good work and laminated floors that they installed were chipping off. I told they, to this day they don't reply to my emails, text, when i call them they will promise to come the following day but they will never come.

very poor service initially they advised it would take 2 hours to fit in laminating flooring which was for 3 rooms , it has taken them 2 full days and they come late each time. i wouldnt recommend them to anyone. the first day of work only 2 rooms were done they requested for the skirting to be brought to the plcae and the driver only pitched up something to 8pm with the wrong colour. the second day of working they pitched up 2 hours later and it has taken the entire day just to fit in the skirtings and one room. this service is really ridiculous. i would in fact give a 0 star rating.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Terrible, unfriendly service from the owner, the guys were two to three hours late everyday, the price we were quoted did not include VAT, the final floor is eneven and the guys broke our adjoining rooms tiles in the process and refused to correct the damage they had caused.
Poor service. They have my deposit and indoor unit, so I can't look for someone else to help. They don't communicate unless we chase them hard, and then it's promises of 'later this week' and nothing happens. Extremely frustrated.
