Rotten wings from Chicken Licken Fourways Mall bought through Mr D. The cashiers and store manager showed no concern when we arrived there to inform them of their wings that were rotten. The general manager was even unapologetic about it. This is dangerous cause it means that they must have known about it when they provided the food to Mr D for delivery.

My experience was really great and I love chicken Liken hot wings always because they are really very delicious, spices and fresh. I always prefer chicken better than other outlets.

Your staff has got attitude problems. Especially Sonini. Not just once but almost every time I bought food from this store.

Staff aren't customer friendly, and although the food is quick it's sloppy with my burger basically being deconstructed in the box. My biggest gripe is going to order and feeling like I'm inconveniencing them by being there, which isn't great.

You guys need to up your game, waited for 40 min for our order and the manager had nothing better to say for such disgraceful service. I can't be told about stoves that are not functional, and the people working there are even proud to say they forgot my order. So disappointing, im glad I'm never coming to this place again. And the place is not even clean and that is unhygienic.

Ok I suppose. Staff was helpful could've been friendlier. Service was fast. No seating while waiting and can't hear when they call your number when you're at the table. Wings were ok, not oily, but dry. The 'Big John' burger is a joke.. not as advertised at all.

Poor customer service ever. i was inside Chicken Licken today i had to take back their food bec of what they did it's not the first time.tody it was worse.alot of stuff that is not even helpful.one worker notised wat was happening.i am not gonna buy or order anything there.i think they should go to training or learn how to work with customers.i felt like like i'm getting my food for free in that place such bad servise. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Store was set to open at 9am , staff members are not wearing masks .....overall service is extremely bad
