Beautiful trees but I’ve been incredibly disappointed with there integrity, service, follow through and responsibility taken. Conflicting advice from different staff members, attitude is that they’re doing you a favour. They have 28 years experience (stated on their website), I’ve asked them to plant the trees for me, seeing that they are the experts. I provided detailed info on the soil, site etc. Couldn’t be more clear. 1/2 the trees they planted died within a few weeks. They took ZERO responsibility, would hardly discussed it. On replacing those trees working with someone else, it was discovered that they didn’t placed the poor soil where the trees needed to be planted. Not even closed to what we discussed / agreed to, and of course paid for. So I suppose, we’ll done for fooling me and getting away with it.

The owner Dean, leaves little to be desired. After a very near miss to my car and my wing mirror. He displayed rude unapologetic behaviour speeding through our farm, not making concessions for the speed limit or narrow roads. When confronted he was dicriminatory to my ownership of this part of the road in question. I'm blond female and small, he drove off without an apology. Habitat Mature Tree Nursery......I am sorry you are under this sort of 'leaderhip' as it epitomises all that is wrong in this country, middle aged white men with this sort of arrogance are not only outdated but contractory to the quality of the product you claim to offer.
Good service and professional helpful staff. I was assisted by the owner, Dean himself. Appreciated the concession of his delivery team to assist me in getting a large specimen tree to a difficult spot in my garden. Thanks guys! Will visit them again. Riyaad.
Always good to come here. Lots of options for mature trees. And just learned from today, they starts selling organic fertilizers (7:7:7) as well as bone meals.
