We have placed an order for two hair systems in December 2019 and with the promise that they will arrive in March/April of the next year 2020. Then COVID-19 happend and they blamed it all on that!It has since been year and two months and we only received one of the systems last year October or November sometime in 2020. After nagging them for months and weeks on end, only to be told "It's on the way" but they can never tell you when?!! We are still waiting for the other system to arrive, when that will be is the question. I would not recommend anyone making use of their services, you WILL be disappointed. Painful experience

Amazing service. Friendly and vibrant staff... always a smiling face when you enter the office. The entire procedure is seemless and results are noticeable just after 3 months of treatment. Tyla, the receptionist, is always such a pleasure. Definitely recommend HRS.
