Terrible service from one of the sales representatives, the didn't care about providing any information as to what is required to purchase a car. Guess what, i went to VW North Cliff, fantastic service, friendly sales rep and the finance manager. @Toyota, we understand that you guys have a lot of money and customers and you don't care about clients interested in small cars, well not everyone is rich. Someone needs to do something about this. You cant just shun customers. Not happy at all. Only that i can't give Zero stars. Extremely disappointed

What a great bunch of guys. There are a lot of Toyota dealerships in SA and this my favourite. I got my new car and Jan (Jan is in sales, chat to him he's a Rockstar) and Eric were just awesome. Extra accommodating, super efficient and professional. And of course they really came to the party with the price and they even threw in some extras for free.
