Absolutely exquisite, quiet, clean and beautiful getaway! This secret gem is perfect for rowing, swimming, dune picnics, reading in the sun and a braai with an ocean view. I’ll definitely come back soon.

What an absolute gem of a spot, we loved every minute of our stay. From busy mornings down at the beach and river to lazy afternoons on the deck, it was just sublime. We already checking our calendars to see when we can be back.

What a great getaway destination set in pristine natural surroundings! We loved the house which is well equipped, very comfortable and tucked away in the coastal vegetation, with breathtaking views of the beach below and Indian Ocean beyond. We enjoyed long beach walks to both the Mpekweni and Mgwalana Rivers and enjoyed many hours of birding and fishing too. We swam, kayaked, took beautiful photographs and ate memorable meals on the stunning deck. Port Alfred is not too far away and the town and surrounding areas are worth exploring.
