I am not happy with the service. I went there today around 10am and requested the Volkano GPS watch for kids, it was priced R399 and when I got to the till it said R799 and I told them that I want it at the price I saw but they refused to help me. I asked for the manager and no one came. I am bored to the core because I needed it for my daughter as her birthday present

I am applaud by the service my mom and I received from this store. There was a lack of communication and that did not sit well with me. My mom went to the store on Wednesday to purchase a washing machine, she was then promised that her machine will be delivered on Thursday or Friday. Thursday passes, no communication, Friday afternoon my mom asked my brother to go the store and find out what was the delay, he was told that the machine was delivered at the store but then returned to the warehouse and delivery will be on Monday, with this information I decided to call customer care for assistance, spoke to a lady by the name Shantai , she was professional over the phone and understood my complain and said she will send my complain to the store and hopefully get them to deliver the machine before Monday and then she assured me that she will contact me the following day. Saturday midday, I decided to go to the store with Mom because there was no communication. When we get to the store we arrived upon Eric and Suzan. Apparently Eric was the appliances department manager, according to Suzan he did not know anything that was going on of which I found true because he walked away from us when Suzan started helping us and apologizing for the delay and blaming the warehouse for not communicating. Clearly they do not know anything about customer service including the customer care lady. Lack of communication and poor service just ruins the whole buying experience for a customer. I would rather go and buy at a game that is further away from home .

I am so horrified with the poor quality service I received from game store jubilee mall the security officer was very rude to the core and I'm so determined to lay a complain and make sure something is done about this. Poor service, I will never visit the store again never
