problem is they clean toilets along stairs once in a while and I dont understand why is that because nobody would want to use unclean toilets over the weekend and still go on during the week...and I thought we are family until I had an emergency and the manager/person in charge didn't even want to hear my problem and actually hung up my call.and another thing WiFi doesn't connect at other floors (floor 1)we complained but still nothing has been done about it...curtains hung on the showers for the water to not come out while showering,are very dirty ,they change them after a long time...water on the basins doesn't come out properly,you have to constantly push the tap for the water to only come out for literally 5 seconds then push again ,you cant actually wash anything on the basins and the cockroaches are always roaming around...Hampstead house braamfontein its very dirty!

Trashy place, poor hygiene and poor wifi. Please don't apply there. Imagine having to clean a toilet before using it. Poor maintenance of building, rooms have cracks and unclean walls. Everything's a mess.
