Their service is just poor.. all they deal with is favoritism when they have to treat us fairly

Very very slow slow service. I waited 2 and half hours for my bike licence. One person to surf for licence and there is 6 boths not used. The service is pathetic. And now to make peace we can blame it alllll on carona and that is how we can clear our consious. Things can be done much better at this department. 1 star rating is too high.

Lot of uncertainty no real clarity about whether or not but at least one or finally gave me attention their main problem is that they are on their phones if they can stop using phones during duty hours it would help its frustrating
