99% Staff very very rude, treat people worst then animals, they speak disrespectful to patients and think they are above everyone, like the patients owe's them the world, always always the worst day of your live when you go to this clinic you will be traumatized for few days, and then you realize your next appointment is around the corner, you get sleepless nights just thinking of your next apointment

I was at the reception for about 20 min with three people at the reception and not one of them asked my how they can assist. I moved from Klerksdorp NW. I have a referal letter from my Doctor for my medication, just need to open a file. But I can't open a file with no assistance. It's disgusting and disappointing how people get treated at the state's clinic

I guess for clinics this is one of the better ones. Still a long wait and queues but at least assistance is friendly
