I have been here before and the service and food has always been impeccable, but today we had to wait longer for our food, the ribs weren't falling on the bone as always and the manager Zee had to bring our order cause we waited for so long

We are new to Harties and our first visit to Silver Falls Spur was a pleasant experience. The manager and staff went out of their way to welcome us and the food and service was excellent. Im disabled and make use of a mobility scooter and the staff assisted us to find a suitable table.

I always buy from the spur and usually the food is full of flavour and fresh,but today my patty was dry,the bun was old,literally breaking off like pastry and its always a mission for the staff to understand me when I call for some odd reason,so this time I am leaving this review and hopefully this will help improve the service delivery!

My kids love spur food and drinks, the play area is more the reason we actually go there. Overall, the experience is just good. Thomas was pleasant and accommodating........brought kids food first that was a plus. Keep it up!

All the tables have their own sanitizer spray, the food is prepared perfectly and served timeously. Zee (assistant manager) was kind enough to cater to our telephonic special request and Peter gave us excellent service. There's a great view of the children's play area from anywhere you're seated at the restaurant. The food is yum and the drinks are ice cold!
