I was never a massage person before but wow! My wife convinced me and we went to this place and it was such a unique and best experience. And lockdown happened now we going back\u200d️\u200d️\u200d️
No attention to detail and customer service. The cellphone number provided on the site is never answered, mani and pedi I had done with our spa package got smudged on the same day because they didn't have a nail uv light dryer \u200d️. I also think the treatment therapists require training in spa treatment and nails.
Worst customer service experience ever! Booked a pedicure online, received sms & email confirmation on day of booking, then again day before. Location of the spa is not favourable and the place was CLOSED when I got there, no answer on the cell number provided and no communication whatsoever! Pathetic to say the least, don't even bother!
