Really bad service. Applied for visa, told to come on that date only to find lady gone for training workshop. Tried calling everyday, no answer. The Friday no one at the office. Following monday Virginia not available. No one can tell us when to come to collect t the paid Visa. Really pathetic service. They don't want people to visit Botswana.
